Administration Department Activities :-

1- Arranging all Directorate works by preparing writings andAdministrative orders.

2- Arranging regular leave, unpaid leave, paraplegic leave, and maternity leave.

3- Organizing employee’s numbers (permanent and contracts) with the combined balance account that has not been taken.

4- Monitoring of attendance and leaving and presenting employees in the directorate.

5-With the assistance of the procurement committee for maintenance and the purchase of directorate supplies.

6- With the assistance with committees working about (Employee bonuses and promotions and employee service account)

7- Works for Appointing and directing the employee to terminate the employees’ service and their retirement.

8- Staff of the Administration:
