Planning and Follow-up Activities :-
1- Preparing the project’s plan with the assistance of other engineering departments like (Supervision and implementation, designs) And with the approval of the Director in the event of Submit the budget to our Directorate from the competent authorities.
2- Our employees always participate as a deputy in the projects follow-up committee with the deputies of other departments and they visit the site projects implemented by our manager in the event of any advance and preparing the report then submit them to the manager.
3- Our Department employees always participate in any committees if they are asked to do so at the level of Dohuk governorate.
4-Preparing letters to the competent authorities.
5- Preparing Courses for the Employees by Coordinating with Relative Directorates or NGO’s.
